I follow the teachings of the Krishnamacharya lineage of Hatha yoga and blend the Dr. Bali Method, Kripalu and Vinyasa yoga styles to create a unique experience that is nurturing and beneficial for all. The yogic system offers a complete strategy when it comes to mind, body and spiritual benefits including physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation techniques to help each person find balance in their lives and work towards self-improvement at all levels.
